It’s not until something goes wrong that you really find out what a guarantee is worth!
All parts supplied by Charlton Recycled Autoparts come with a 101 day guarantee.
We can offer this because where possible we test all of our parts before we remove them from the vehicle & we are confident that they are ‘fit for purpose’.
However if something does go wrong, it is important that you contact us as promptly as possible & we will try to resolve the problem as quickly & painlessly as we can.
We may need to speak directly to the garage fitting the part.
To detect & deter fraud, all our parts carry security & anti-tamper marks.
If a part we supply is faulty upon arrival then we will pay for return postage (we may arrange this ourselves) & will we then firstly supply a replacement. If we are not able to do this we will refund the cost of the item.
If a part we supplied develops within the guarantee period a fault that was not evident upon immediate fitting then we may require the customer to return the part at their own expense, and we will try to supply a replacement. If we are not able to do this we will refund the cost of the item, minus any shipping cost. We will not meet any of the labour costs associated with fitting/ removing these parts.
